Halloween

A dispersal order will be in place from 4pm on Thursday 30th October until 4pm on Sunday 1st November. 

Officers have additional powers to direct people to leave a designated area for up to 48 hours if suspected to be involved in anti social behaviour. 

This is as a result of issues across Clifton during Halloween over the past couple of years.  

Failure to comply with a direction to leave under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 is an offence which could result in arrest.
